Making a Package Booking

The following requests can be used to support making a package booking. The Package Search call is used to search for predefined Flight + Hotel packages that have been cached in the system.

The remaining Package calls are used to book Packages loaded in the Package module. These are listed in order that an API would typically make them during a Package Booking Journey.
